- Completing my Yoga Teacher Training with I Am Yogi Studios was one of the greatest decisions I’ve ever made. Lisa’s teaching style felt relatable and resonated with my experience as a black woman and as a budding Yogi. I grew in my relationship and my awareness with myself and the world.
