No. Round-trip airfare to Barbados is not included in your retreat package. Guests are responsible for purchasing on their own.

We will provide a recommended arrival window to all registered guests before flights should be purchased. Because our Welcome Dinner and opening retreat experiences will take place on April 16, we recommend planning to arrive early enough to get settled before retreat programming begins.

YES! Airport transportation details will be announced. Once our group flight schedules are collected, registered guests will receive instructions regarding transportation between Grantley Adams International Airport and Apes Hill.

Your retreat experience includes 4 nights of accommodations at Apes Hill, daily breakfast and dinner, yoga and specialized wellness workshops, Welcome Dinner, Catamaran Cruise with beach time, Guided Hike, Local Sea Cave Experience, Jet Car Experience, Island Discovery Tour with a curated Taste of Barbados, Forest Bathing and nature immersion, Farewell Celebration Dinner, IAY swag, community experiences, and other special I Am Yogi moments throughout the retreat.

The $500 retreat deposit is non-refundable.

Any additional retreat payments made are refundable according to the retreat cancellation policy until 60 days prior to the retreat.

Beginning February 15, 2027, all payments are final and non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 60 days of the retreat, including for changes in personal plans or inability to attend.
